Tim's crew in particular (Kevin Frazier) provided a welcoming, very polite and informative purchasing environment. An issue came up with the vehicle I purchased and Tim Curran immediately got involved and provided a resolution of another make, model from Infinity with no questions asked! We now own two Infinities. Even after buying the vehicles a few years ago, they treat as so well. Chuck Grant, the service manager went way beyond his call of duty to help us figure out a solution that would work for us. I have nothing else to say, but to go let these ladies & gentlemen sell you a car. Pleasant, friendly, intelligent, & understanding. Made my whole experience enjoyable. Margaret Lohse & Nate Swanson were hands down two of the greatest teammates I had the pleasure of working with. Even though most of my time was spent with those two, the whole team was still around to help us if need be. Just go there already!
